Focusing on the pivotal role of Human Resource Audit (HRA), the research aims to uncover the impact of HRA on the efficiency of Performance Management Systems within these healthcare institutions. By employing a comprehensive analysis, the study seeks to unveil the factors influencing organizational excellence as a result of effective human resource management. Furthermore, the research extends its focus to the contemporary domain of HR Audit Tools, evaluating the effectiveness of HR Audit Tools in optimizing workforce strategies and decision-making processes. In an era where data-driven insights play a crucial role in organizational success, understanding the efficacy of HR Audit Tools becomes paramount. Through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis, this study endeavours to provide valuable insights for private hospitals aiming to enhance their HR practices and overall performance management.
