THE INFLUENCE OF EASY BUSINESS LICENSING IN THE RELATIONS SECTOR ON GOOD GOVERNMENT GOVERNANCE WITH PUBLIC TRUST AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN SOUTHEAST SULAWESI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research seeks to reveal the influence of ease of business licensing in the transportation sector on public trust and good governance. Then there is the influence of public trust in good governance in transportation sector licensing, as well as the influence of ease of business licensing in the transportation sector on Good Government Governance which is mediated by the public trust factor. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 people who live in Southeast Sulawesi Province and are currently processing business permits for the transportation sector. The research results found that a) ease of business licensing in the Transportation sector has a positive and significant effect on Public Trust, b) Ease of business licensing in the Transportation sector has a positive and significant effect on Good Government Governance, c) Public Trust has a positive and significant effect on Good Government Governance in the communications sector licensing and d) Ease of business licensing in the Transportation Sector has a good and significant effect on Good Government Governance through the mediating role of the public trust factor.
