A CRITICAL STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN LEGAL SYSTEM DURING THE LOCKDOWN

Abstract

Application of AI is indispensable for modern society; unforeseen forces are powerful enough to change the life of human beings as we have already seen it during the lockdown period. In this article, I will discuss the application of Artificial Intelligence in Legal System especially in India and will also discuss pros and cons of modern-day technology i.e. Artificial Intelligence and with the advent of 5G technology most of the present-day services will be controlled by the Artificial Intelligence such as communicating service providers (CSPs), AI and Automation, IoT, Defence, Blockchain and Robotics, Education, Intelligence Services, Health, and legal sector. In this article, I will also discuss debatable questions related to the application of AI in the legal system especially the monitoring of these services. During lockdown period millions of Indian People were struggling for survival as most of them have lost their jobs only because they were not ready for these unforeseen events and It is high time for us all to adopt modern technology such as Artificial Intelligence so that people can work from home without compromising with the quality of work and client satisfaction for that country should adopt e-governance in all the sphere of life. The research is concluded by giving the necessary suggestions to make artificial intelligence a worthy means to attain the ends of justice fairly and easily by the lawyers.
