ANALYSING START-UPS PERCEPTION TOWARDS CO-WORKING FACILITIES: A STUDY OF INCUBATORS IN RAJASTHAN

Abstract

- Start-ups ecosystem is growing fast worldwide& for that requirement of office space is also increasing. There are many dimensions of start-up ecosystem and co-working space is one of them. Co-working space is a shared space provide suitable business environment for networking, business relationship with other tenants and other facilities also. Co-working space provide a diversity which creates an ecosystem of new ideas & innovation. The present study aims to analyse the perception of start-ups from incubators, providing co-working space user Rajasthan as this area is not explored in detail literature. The sample size of study is 72 start-ups from Rajasthan availing co-working space service from different incubators. The study concludes that the respondents believe that the co-working facilities provided by the incubators are below market rate and are affordable. The results also reveal that the start-ups believe that they are provided 24 hours co-working space with necessary office equipment.
