A PILOT STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GENERATIONS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

Our research is primarily focused on emotional intelligence. The differences between generations, as expressed by their representatives, were the focus of our study. In the theoretical segment, we defined emotional intelligence and presented it from the viewpoint of leaders. Not least of all, each generation is shown. In this work, we establish two hypotheses that are cross-tabulated and analyzed using relevant statistical methods. In the end, it turned out that both of our hypotheses were correct. Two figures and two tables can be found in this article. The conclusion section of our paper wraps up by summarizing our research, discussing the findings, and offering recommendations.
