Abstract

This paper introduces a comprehensive methodology for strengthening the security of cloud computing by incorporating a combination of hybrid encryption algorithms, chaotic key generation, and intelligent decision-making using fuzzy logic systems. Our study integrates state-of-the-art encryption techniques that involve the utilization of the robust RC6 block cipher encryption and the dynamic Hummingbird-2 encryption stream. The implementation of chaotic keys, which are generated through the application of the 4-D NSJR novel chaotic system, contributes to a two-tiered encryption process that enhances the overall security of the data. Moreover, the inclusion of the Hash-based Message Authentication Code (HMAC) further enhances the integrity assurance of the system.

A distinguishing feature of our work is the incorporation of "intelligent cloud" capabilities, employing fuzzy logic systems to dynamically evaluate the sensitivity and magnitude of data. This adaptable approach optimizes performance by dynamically adjusting the strength of encryption in real-time.

A comprehensive evaluation of performance emphasizes the efficiency and scalability of the system, even when confronted with varying data sizes. Tests of accuracy affirm the system's resilience in cryptography. Additionally, stringent security evaluations, utilizing NIST tests, validate the randomness and uniformity of the cryptographic outputs, which are essential for ensuring data confidentiality. Our framework tackles the emerging challenges presented by the continuously expanding cloud computing environment, offering enhanced protection for sensitive data and instilling confidence in the digital realm.
