INCLUSION OF INNOVATIVE METHODS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS

Abstract

This paper aims at new approaches in teaching and learning process.  If a society wants to thrive and flourish, education is a social institution that fulfills the expectations of that society. It should not only be thorough, permanent, outstanding, but should constantly adapt to address the demands of the global world, which is quickly evolving and volatile. This evolution must be systematic, coherent and scalable; therefore the creative ideas and practice of education and learning and all other facets of the challenging organization are to be required of school teachers, college teachers, managers, scholars and decision makers to ensure quality training for life and work for any students. In order to build a rich student learning environment and a rewarding teaching knowledge, new approaches and technologies in education & learning is very much essential.
