WORK GRATIFICATION AND CAREER ENJOYMENT AMONG INDIAN RAILWAY EMPLOYEES WITH REFERENCE TO SCR.

Abstract

The researcher aimed in the present paper to investigate the work pleasure and career happiness of personnel in Indian railroads. The basic goal is to advise more advancements in Indian Railway (IR) as well as to collect employee comments in South Central Railway (SCR). Fortunately, in this research, employees are eager to provide recommendations to IR; employees are at ease in SCR, therefore absenteeism is minimal; and employees are available to assist IR at all times. All of the study's findings are also good.
