Abstract

Lecturer performance and student learning commitment are important factors influencing student
learning outcomes in this field. This study aims to examine the effect of educational technology
on lecturer performance and studentlearning commitment and its impact on student learning
outcomes in the Department of Building Engineering. The research was conducted using
quantitative methods and the research sample consisted of Building Engineering students. Data
were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis
techniques and path analysis to evaluate the relationship between the variables of lecturer
performance, student learning commitment, and student learning outcomes. The results showed
that educational technology had a positive effect on lecturer performance and student learning
commitment, and lecturer performance and student learning commitment also had a positive effect
on student learning outcomes. In addition, the research results also show that student learning
commitment has a mediating role between lecturer performance and studentlearning outcomes.
Therefore, the use of educational technology can improve lecturer performance, studentlearning
commitment, and studentlearning outcomes in theDepartment of Building Engineering.
