Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of the work environment on the well-being of healthcare professionals, emphasizing its critical role in delivering effective healthcare services and sustaining the healthcare system. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study will examine the relationship between various work environment factors and healthcare personnel's well-being. The study considers the work environment as the independent variable and the well-being of healthcare personnel as the dependent variable.To gain comprehensive insights, the research will involve conducting in-depth interviews with 180 healthcare personnel. These interviews aim to uncover the healthcare workers' experiences and perceptions regarding how their work environment influences their overall well-being. The questionnaire designed on a Likert scale will undergo reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha to ensure its consistency and accuracy.The analysis of findings will employ descriptive statistics and correlation analysis to derive conclusions about the relationship between the work environment and the well-being of healthcare personnel..
